Stephanie Lindner advises and supports teams and organizations in the areas of change management, innovation, and leadership. Current projects include Promotion of organizational innovation through collaboration and idea management workshops, conception and moderation of a management conference with a focus on modern leadership skills and mindset, the conception of a management development program for board members, and promotion of organizational change through employee surveys and their follow-up processes.
